The furniture is bound to the house that you installed in and you must retrieve the furniture before placing them in the new house.
1. Change back to the previous house.
2. Select all the installed furniture from the [furniture editing mode > Installed Furniture] and retrieve the installed furniture.
3. Place the retrieved furniture in the new house.
* Wallpapers and Floor Papers cannot be retrieved.
